HELIX LABS Return & Refund Policy

At HELIX LABS, we are committed to delivering pharmaceutical-grade products with the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy. Please review the details below carefully before making a purchase.


1. Terms of Return

All sales are final. HELIX LABS does not accept returns under any circumstances once an order has been processed and shipped.


2. State of Return

Because our products include pharmaceutical-grade compounds and research-related materials, returns cannot be accepted for safety, contamination prevention, and regulatory compliance reasons regardless of whether items are unopened, unused, or sealed.


3. Reasons for Return

Returns are not permitted, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind 
  • Incorrect ordering by the customer 
  • Product no longer needed 
  • Personal preference 


4. Exceptions (Order Issues Only)

While we do not accept returns or issue refunds, HELIX LABS will review and address the following situations:

  • Damaged items during transit 
  • Incorrect items received 

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo and video documentation.


5. Process for Reporting an Issue

To report a damaged or incorrect order:

  • Email our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery 
  • Include: 
    • Full name and order number 
    • Description of the issue 
    • Clear photo/video evidence of the product and packaging 

Failure to provide sufficient documentation within the required timeframe may result in the claim being denied.


6. Resolution Process (No Refund Policy)

If a claim is approved:

  • HELIX LABS may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement product or store credit 
  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances 
  • Replacement processing times may vary depending on product availability 


7. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying product selection before checkout 
  • Providing accurate shipping information 
  • Understanding the nature and intended use of all products 

HELIX LABS is not liable for errors made during the ordering process.
